I had a horrible experience at this Sephora in carrefour angrignon… an employee who is allegedly a floor Manager named JOSELINE, gave me HORRIBLE customer service with an exchange today. She refused to give me an exchange for a product that was having some troubles dispensing. Her excuse was that the product was empty which is completely false, and then told me that she would only be allowed to take the product back if it had been used once or twice… so i called customer service to inform myself on this policy that joseline told me about, which turned out to be completely FALSE. The customer service agent was very confused to hear about this alleged “policy” and apologized to me and let me know that this employee was wrong and had no reason to refuse my return, as my product was not empty and went ahead and provided me an online credit to purchase a new product, all of which she didn’t hesitate to nor did it take long (less than 10 minute call). Im super disappointed that i wasted my time going in store just to get bad treatment like this and not even get my exchange. I know sephoras return policy and would not have expected such a frustrating experience at this location. As a floor manager you should know better on how to treat clients and joseline was completely unpleasant.. even the cashier that greeted me (black girl with blonde braids) was also very unpleasant, no smile at greeting and all around unfriendly cashier. I have no desire to return to this location again, terrible.

The 3 times I've been it hasn't gone well.The first time, I received my order by mail but there was a problem with the item received, it was already used and my samples were missing. The person on the chat told me that my item could be exchanged in store to go faster and that they would give me my samples there… long story short, I got a refund because they refused to give me my samples . I had to recommend online. They reimbursed me on a gift card, but they never mentioned to me that the card was only good in store…The second time, a 20 minute queue to not even get a smile.The third time was the worst, I told myself I was never going to come back. It was weekday at 1 a.m., the store was practically empty. I arrive at the checkout, no one in line. A woman is at the checkout doing something. Once she finishes she leaves, without even saying a word to me. I wait, I wait... it's been 6 minutes I wait, I look behind me, and I see 3 employees talking together and laughing... my friend will see one of them mention to her that there is no one at the checkout and we've been waiting for quite some time already. One of them comes to the cash register, you see that it doesn't suit her. She arrives and picks up the phone/wakitaki to whine at someone. She scans my things, tells me the amount. I tell him I have a gift card…. The one that was not mentioned to me that I should use in store. She sighs and starts to look really stupid. In 2k I paid and I will never return again.

Be careful with employees scamming with the gift card ,you buy the card but they bank the money with the card number happen 2 times already ,called customer service bought 1 for 50$ and when i called customer service they told me that the card was for 200$ and was use the same day couple of hours later so ya dont go there

One of the workers refused to speak English to my mother, and while doing her contour she didn’t finish blending her makeup in and left her. My poor mother was just so irritated with the non English speaking worker and left. Rude employees

First of all , the store is filthy. Dust on the shelves, stuff on the floor overflowing trash can, and the samples….makeup, powder everywhere….I grabbed a simple of It cosmetic powder and had to wash my hands afterwards. It’s a real shame ….and the staff…not the cream of the crop. I’m sorry to make such a negative comment but it’s the reality of that store and I notice that it’s getting worst…..it’s near where I live but I’m not going back to that Sephora ever again. If you want a nice shopping experience go to a different Sephora! Trust me!

I shopped at the location at Carrefour Angrignon and the staff were so kind and helpful. Shame on Sephora for not paying out commission to their employees though.

Today I was served by Christiany ,an amazing totally super nice girl, not fake, not judgemental, very cool and calm , amazing person. You can see the look on her face is very genuine. Get more employees like her. It’s like your typical normal friend.Not those “Mean girls”

I usually have a really great experience, but unfortunately this time has been very very frustrating. I have never experienced this kind of situation. A worker who’s named Malika (name given by an other worker) was very rude and was following me and my friend around the store. It was my friends first time at this location and I recommend it because of my past experiences. Unfortunately I’m not comfortable bringing an other friend here anymore. I find this very unfriendly to follow someone and force, with a very rude attitude, them to take a carryon bag even tho we were there for only one item which was a for gift. We couldn’t even get what we initially wanted to buy and left the store. We went into the store a second time hoping to get the gift we wanted to buy but, there again was the same situation and so we left the store.

Placed an order, my order was cancelled! the courier saw the danger in my personal mailbox Then I turned to a consultant for help, Daizha, she could not give answers to my questions and simply turned off the chat without solving my requests, I do not recommend ordering something from them via the Internet!
