It is not the place but the disappointment of the product purchased. Vegan down coat, water-repellent, wind-resistant. Minus -20. Celsius. I went out in a medium wind, at a temperature of minus -5. degree Celsius and I was cold. It is very beautiful, final sale because on special, so no return. Very disapointed. I do not blame the store and the good service but the false advertising of the company's product. DM
