In what normal functioning society should it take 5 days to process an order that you purchase on an online website. Whats the point of being able to buy stuff online when it takes ten times longer to do so than walking into a store and walking out with it. FIVE days before they even acknowledge I bought items, and allow me to pay for it so it can be delivered. Ridiculous and not to mention the customer service is absolutely the worst. No one is friendly, not even the sales reps. You would think they would at least be happy to sell people things.They must all hate their jobs and get paid minimum wage!

On February 5, 2016 I had an interview at this place (Renwil) as a Painter and they seemed to like my work...I then presented sketches as they asked and a few weeks later he was impossible for me to contact them...no response to the phone and my emails. For me it is a real mystery and above all a great lack of ethics. Such a big "box" founded for 45 years and in business with Canada and the United States...
If they didn't want to work with me anymore, all they had to do was tell me, that's all!
I must point out that if I did not show the 5 stars I would have been unable to write this review.
