J'ai appelé pour avoir de l'information sur de la peinture. On m'a répondu de manière très sèche, avec des accusations du type "je ne suis pas obligée de vous fournir la peinture", condescendante envers sa collègue réceptionniste "elle ne fait que répondre au téléphone, elle le sait pas ce qu'on vend". On m'a accusé de vouloir "pousser mes pitons"... je n'irai jamais là-bas!
