Worst service I've had at a hardware store. The owner is super rude to English-speaking people, he insults them and disrespects them when they don't speak French. In short, I strongly advise against encouraging a place where the owner allows disrespect to people, because they do not speak French. If you take the time to read other reviews, several similar situations have occurred, which is unacceptable.

It's an old school hardware store which means it has pretty much everything needed to complete a repair and a very knowledgeable person to guide you through it. A true neighborhood gem

Went there for spray paint..Take this one it will do the job...50$ later i have to take back the job because they dont know what they sell even if you tell them what you need.

Disrespectful owner very rude. I called to return an item I was told to wait until end of August because the distributors were on vacation. Then when I went back two days ago they said we can’t get the item I needed. They said it was discontinued but it was a lie. I found the item I wanted the company was not closed like I was told also. Then when I returned my item that I was told to wait until now to return they said it’s late. Then he said I will return it but I will penalize you 15% so I lost money on my return. Plus the old man cheated my return he didn’t add give me back my taxes. Plus he yelled at me and was swearing and insulting me. His wife also joined in to insult me. I stood up for myself but the experience was traumatic. They are crooked liars and very disrespectful.He got his item back to sell easily and he did not give me a full refund. Family owned but the owners are very fake and greedy. They were brutal to me and I was in the total right. I will never purchase anything there again. You will do Justice to not shop there either.
