The manager called zacharie seems very lost, I was trying to talk to him and ask him a couple of stuff and he did not seem like he was there, he was somewhere in his own world, not coming here again until they hire an actual manager :)

The wait for prescriptions is always so ridiculously long, regardless of if there’s 2 customers or 10 don’t expect to get them within a timely manner, even if there’s 15 staff working behind the counter

I see I'm not the first to complain about the short haired blonde elderly lady at the prescription counter and if the comments are anything to go by, I won't be the last. This lady's service is really unpleasant. She should not work in any way in contact with customers. In any case, that was the last time I set foot in that pharmacy. The administration is at fault, because I imagine that the employees do not receive training to properly serve customers.

Your pharmacy technician Gervana (or something similar) should not be in contact with the public. Her arrogant, unceremonious attitude, her bad mood, not to mention the feeling that she is being disturbed, means that I will never return to this pharmacy for my prescriptions. It's a shame for them and I see from the previous reviews that there has already been a complaint against her... If there are 2... there are surely more.

I spoke with Valerie on April 10,at the lab best customer service I have received at that pharmacy.
Usually the staff has no patience with the elderly considering there is a high population of over 60+.She was professional and had patience with me and solved my problem In a timely manner.
Thank you again Valerie we seniors appreciate your help.

The old lady at the pharmacy a tech in the laboratory with white hair was there at 9 a.m. she opens the files so arrogant as not possible I don't necessarily know how she walks she spoke to me badly I hope life treats you like you treats patients there! No professionalism.

Unbelievable, I called for a question, I had difficulty with my breathing, I asked a quick question about my medication and they told me that they couldn't talk to me about contacting another pharmacy!since I am not a customer there!I just moved near the branch can I tell you that they will never see me!Sad knowing the situation in clinics and hospitals! Really never had service like this ??♀️??♀️

The checkout service has become very bad for around 2 years. Now it’s the prescription counter’s turn to take over. Long agreement time on site, also on the phone for renewal.JC boulevard Champlain in LaSalle, Montreal.
