Miss Mi at this pharmacy is exceptional! Her meticulous and caring nature stood out when she provided us with invaluable advice after my boyfriend injured his finger. We feel reassured and proud to have such a dedicated and kind-hearted individual in our community’s pharmacy. This pharmacy fills a crucial gap in this area by providing much-needed healthcare services in Mandarin, benefiting many Chinese speakers who struggle with English and French. Wow, petite pharmacie un peu cachée sur le rue Newman, mais ça vaut le détour. Service A+ et rapidité. J'ai eu une consultation sans rendez-vous avec le pharmacien, une prescription et des conseils. Tout ça en moins de 20 min. Je recommande fortement.

I just went there to get my Covid vaccine. Made my appointment the same day on Clic Sante. It’s a brand new pharmacy with relaxing music. They were very nice. The lady that gave me my vaccine was really sweet and answered all my questions. Excellent customer service. It was nice and relaxing, I felt like I was at a spa.

The service was fine... I had to give the woman my number 6 times before writing it down. I spoke loud enough and clear enough but whatever.It was simple blood tests that I had to go for and it cost me an arm and a leg and the nurse who took my blood (she was fantastic) the only issue she wasn't wearing gloves. Seeing that they are new hopefully things will be sorted out soon.

I had a great experience here. The pharmacist was very knowledgeable and friendly. Mrs. Myriame gave my mom helpful advices on the medicines and answered all our questions over the phone. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy to anyone who needs quality medicines and professional guidance.

When I arrived for a vaccine, the lady in charge was rude with her colleague (scholarship), repeating him on several times that he makes so many mistakes, she didn't care that I was there, she just yelled at him, the poor young man didn't say anything, then, when I asked for the tetanus vaccine, she asked for my "carde maladie" I told her that I in the process to receive it, I told her that I would pay for the vaccine!!! what she said that only if I had an accident I could get it!!! ; Vaccines are to prevent, no???? but she didn't care!!! Apparently only if we go with gangrene she will think about giving the vaccine or not!!!! This lady shouldn't be there, she discriminates people!!!
