We had a very bad experience with the LaSalle branch !The manager on duty on Jan. 7th 2022 showed the worst representation to the whole Panda brand !They usually put a stand of balloons as giveaways for the kids, and as we usually as a family go to the Fairview mall where there is a branch for the Panda store, it’s been always a reason for the happiness of the kids to go to the Panda store there, and have a ballon. But when we went to “Carrefour Angrignon” mall and my kids saw the Panda store there with their lovely stand of balloons, they were very happy and went to get ones but we were shocked by the reaction of the store’s manager when she stopped them and told my wife how she should bring up the kids (in front of them!!) and to learn them that they must ask for a permission first before taking the balloon, so my wife left the store and the balloons, then i went back to speak with her as the kids were scared actually but she told me that she doesn’t speak English while she did later, and moreover told me how come i don’t speak French !!!She spoke in French with my wife, and at the end i asked her to apologize to my wife and she refused, so i went to the security office and filed a claim against her and the store as we actually felt insulted by that bad experience, and it’s the worst store to even see now anywhere!
