“Long story short: after an oil change , the car started having problems immediately. When I called to complain they had the car towed back to the shop without hesitation. After checking everything EVANS realized what was the problem. It may or may not have been related to the oil change ( air intake problem) and was a minor fix. He was patient enough to explain everything to me AND fix the problem.The way Evans handled the situation should be the gold standard for customer service. If it wasn't for him , I would have never gone back there and would not have spoken kindly of the place.100% recommended for your next oil change.Also I have used the place a lot of times before and never had problems, but this experience for me demonstrates that they don't only do an okay job, they do a great job and care for their customers ?”
