Bad service, the collar of the shirts are not cleaned and they put things to hide on delivery. I realized at home that the collar of the Shirts were very dirty and I returned with my clothes, I found a Mrs. at around 7:30 a.m. this very very arrogant Mrs. told me that the dirt on the collar (just from the sweat) cannot come out.
I had to insist for several minutes for her to agree to rewash my clothes, even though the end result was almost the same.
I think this should rather be called Ironer and not cleaner.
In the attached photo the shirts which have a protective paper on them, the collar was almost not washable

My HBC coat was dry-cleaned timely and for a very affable price. The staff are friendly and communicate very professionally.

First time here. The girl who helped me was nice and friendly. Brought 2 suits to be cleaned on a Tuesday and they had them ready Thursday afternoon. Suits look great. Good price. I’ll go back

I have not been back to this place ever since they ruined, shrunk and damaged my sweaters. When i complained, the manager/owner told me and I quote, “écoute quand t’achète du linge de qualité cheap, c’est ça que ça fait, je ne te dis pas que t’as pas payé cher mais c’est cheap ton linge”!Regardless of how much i paid, that #1 is none of your business! #2 If I my clothing was that cheap I wouldn’t need to bring to you to clean! #3 Even though I may not have paid much for it, it could be a piece of clothing I as your customer, value! Who are you to tell me my clothes are cheap! C’est toi l’cheap avec tes commentaires impolis et déplacés l’bonhomme!

Never trust a place that asks you to pay in advance. Also, the actusl open hours do not match what is on Google and this wasted my time being closed when they were a destination for me.

Very poor service from the manager, lack of professionalism and politeness.I showed up today around noon to clean my clothes. I kindly asked the manager to estimate the price of my clothes, because I had many different kinds and I don't know the different prices. It took no more than 5-10 minutes.After that, the total price being high, I explained to the manager that I wanted to remove some clothes to reduce the price.That's when he started to get angry.Subsequently, I received very insulting and incorrect comments from him, comments like “you’re wasting my time”, “I don’t care” and so on. I told him politely that I have never seen a manager speak like that to a customer and he didn't stop. I ended up putting my clothes back on and leaving while keeping my cool. He attacked me for free just because I ended up wanting to clean less clothes than planned...I was very disappointed by the lack of professionalism, correctness and politeness of this manager.Personally, I don't recommend it!!!!!!

Prices increased which is fine due to inflation but the service and communication is poor. Rude obnoxious french people and I addressed them in French as well

They saved my beloved limited edition Roots sweatpants from an oil stain! After multiple failed attempts at removing the stain at home using various methods, I was about to write them off. Friendly service and 24-hour turnaround. If a stain can be removed, they will do it.

If I could give zero star to this place, I definitely would! First of all, I don't know kind of product they use but my black blazer came back with white spots... Plus, they staple their tags everywhere on your clothes, even on my leather pants leaving holes on them! Who does that, seriously!Please save your money and go elsewhere!
