I wanted to return some underwear because it really wasn't like the photo...the photo shows small underwear...but in reality it's underwear for older people... and the staff were no more intelligent and refused my return even if I had only opened the box... yes, this is the last time I go to this store..... open the boxes before buying like that for you don't have any bad surprises...for my part I will give them to people in need...p.s. the manager is really out of place...
For me it's a question of principle...but I'm thinking of low-income people who lose $65...it's a hole in their budget

The Asian lady was nice and helpful. The store is pretty organized. There is a big selection of items. Saw some good discounts on clearance but oversized.

Large selection of high-quality construction shoes and clothing. The warranty is included in many products, and you can also purchase additional ones. But there is no point in coming with an amount of less than $200.

Always disappointed when I try to find laundry from the outfitter.
I'm 6'2" and weigh 280 pounds, 32 pants don't fit me, neither do medium or large sweaters... each time I visit I leave with no purchase.

As a regular buyer of this store, today for the first time faced with the unexpected rudeness of the seller. For no apparent reason, this person was rude, ignored, or reluctantly answered our questions regarding the product we wanted to purchase. Her appearance and the purity of her clothing were also disconcerting. It would be good if the store management did a good job with its staff, explaining how to properly serve buyers. We are unlikely to return to this store again.

I have to say the customer service and treatment of management to their clients is absolutely ridiculous. Their marketing is misleading, wants to purchase two pairs of pants where the entire section had signs marking everything as buy one get 150% off. Spending 40 minutes in the store with no help from anybody to try to find the right sizes bring the products to the cash. We were informed that it was not the case. When asking to speaking to a manager because the cashier was a little oblivious to the issue, he was dismissive, arrogant, and rude to us, ignoring us talking over us as well as making other clients. Wait to be served. I would suggest avoiding this location at all costs.
