I truly enjoy visiting the website, adding to my wish list and ordering puzzles from here. The selection is vast, with puzzles from all the major quality manufacturers and searches can be conducted by theme, company, artist and more. Each puzzle is pictured and described in detail. Ordering is simple and secure and delivery very fast. On each occasion I was kept informed with updates of delivery status and shipping is free after a certain amount. The packaging is sturdy to prevent damage. I found the store very responsive with a prompt reply to a question via email. If ever I am in the area, I hope to visit the actual brick and mortar store to browse and purchase but until then I will shop with confidence on the website. Prices are reasonable and fair and there are also sales, discounts and a loyalty program in which points are earned for discounts on future purchases. This store will continue to be my first choice for jigsaw puzzles. I recommend them highly. Thanks for the excellent products and service!

I accidentally ordered 2 of the same puzzle. Jigsaw Jungle contacted me to make sure this was a mistake. Most companies would have sent 2 and charged me for it. Totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. What a wonderful company!!!

If you love puzzles this will be your paradise.They have 2 floors full of puzzles they even have a used section and a damaged section. They sell a variety of accessories for puzzles ( glue, box stands, roll up mat and so on).They also carry Woden puzzles and 3d puzzles

This place is awesome for puzzle lovers! So many rows of puzzles, so many sizes and shapes and themes ? My boyfriend took me there for my birthday and the staff were super nice! They all wished me a happy birthday and even kindly gave me a reusable bag and mini puzzle for free! I'll definitely go again

What a great find. We were looking for a fun activity to get into so we thought about puzzle making. We came across the Puzzle Depot and are supper happy we did. They have an absolute HUGE collection of puzzles, almost too many to look through. You are sure to find something right up your alley. Luciano was great and gave us the tour of the facility and how the puzzles are all laid out. Worth a visit for sure. Give yourself some time there as there are tonnes of puzzles to look through.

Great place with a surprisingly large selection and really helpful staff. Love the discounted puzzles as well! Needs a little help with the curb appeal but definitely awesome!
