One of the worst stores that I will never return to, no respect for customers and they refuse returns because they mention on the invoice that they reserve the right to returns

The worst customer service. Not polite, not respectful. I asked an information about a gift for child 4y and they answered me I CANNOT HELP. Then I went to pay and they treated me either zero respect, the cashier didn't even say hi or looked up

On April 29, 2024 at 4:45 p.m., I come to the store. After an unsuccessful tour of the shelves, I introduced myself to two salespeople and kindly asked them for advice on a gift for a 4-year-old little girl.
And the surprise! They tell me, I CAN'T HELP YOU (no customers in the store..) then there are no magic gifts eh!! Well thank you to Inès and her work colleague for their valuable help and sense of customer service!!
I won't come back again!

Very good selection of good quality toys and games. Good place to give a gift. No problem with insistence on the part of the sellers, always smiling and available to help.

Nice store front, seems on first glance that they have a good variety of good quality toys, some even educational.
But as you enter you realize how expensive everything is. It's really exorbitant prices for what it is. We wanted to get something for our baby there and then but when we checked the price of the item on Amazon it was significantly cheaper and delivery next day. Why would anyone buy here at such a mark up, I have no idea.
I brought it to the attention of the cashier who didn't give a care in the world. She just questioned if I still wanted it. Basically if you see it cheaper elsewhere then you are free to leave. Why give up a sale for a few dollars. I doubt anyone goes in here anyways given online shopping. I asked about a price match and she said no. I felt ripped off and cheated but had to purchase the item cuz it was an immediate need.

Love the store. You find all things toys, games, books, kids stuffs and hobbies. I find them pricey but they have a lot of stuffs you can't find elsewhere.

The cashier was extremely cold to me. All I said was "hello, how are you" and she stared daggers at me and didn't say a word. I spoke in French as well and she didn't respond. The two other employees there were beyond helpful and kind. They helped me find a gift for Christmas and the other worker made sure to be kind and say goodbye and thanked as I left with my purchase. Weird experience, but that cashier left medumbfounded
