I live in British Columbia, we have multiple baby stores here, however I shop at Goldtex,
I regularly order online and was impressed by the excellant customer service ( especially since I’m ordering online and not physically going into the store )
The staff are knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I needed. The quality of the products was top notch and the prices are reasonable. I highly recommend shopping here for your baby needs

I accidentally ordered a wrong item, they are exchanging it for me free of charge. Shipped out the replacement item immediately and organized ups to come to my house to grab the other.

Made an order on august 17, the items were out of stock and still say online for most of them, fine, after back and fourth got a refund for those. But the rest of my items are still not even given to purolator, its been 3 weeks, 0 updates. According to the tracking the items werent even given to purolator just a label made electronically. I do not understand why you would write 2-3 days shipping and its now almost a month

I've purchase Rito Plus Folding Stroller Trike, and my son absolutely loved it.
Goldtex was one of the only store that carried variety of the product that we needed, and provided top-notch customer service. The product shipped pretty quickly, and the customer support was on top of everything I needed and more.
I will be shopping with them more often in the future.

I purchased the green Army-styled ride-on Jeep from Goldtex for my grandchildren. They love it! It carries three kids generously and the power and battery life are good. It handles off-road surfaces such as grass and gravel with ease. I got an extra battery to keep on board in case we need extra range. Shipping and delivery was made as promised and Tony provided excellent before and after sales service.

Today I went with my son to buy a suit, and the saleswoman was very rude since I spoke to her in French, which she completely ignored me just because I spoke to her in French, out of respect for her. should have spoken to me, so she was very rude. So in the end, I do not recommend this company. the service is very bad. If they are serving the public, that is no way to treat people, it costs nothing to be courteous and respectful....And to make matters worse, they are watching like someone is going to rob them. .. they offend gratuitously.
