Had a great experience shopping for a new mattress, primarily from the excellent service of Madrick. He presented us several options based on our needs and pricing and didn't feel rushed at all. He even had us try several pillow options until we found the perfect one. If only all salespeople exuded his professionalism and great attitude!

Horrible service. Bought a sealy mattress from them it's supposed to be firm but in a couple months of light usage it started to sink. It's so soft, even my 1 year old baby sinks in it, we are light people. There's zero support on it. Our backs hurt and curve from it. Did a warranty claim and it was denied. The photos they ask for are ridiculous and impossible to capture. Because it's a pillow top it hides any sag from the underlying garbage foam. They want to charge you 50+tax to have someone come to your home to inspect it. They are lying thieving cheaters. Scam people. I spent over $1000 on a garbage mattress and they expect you to accept that and have no liability for lying and saying it's a firm mattress. I told the lady what else do I have to do to get you to understand that the mattress is faulty, sue you? And she said that's up to me, they will be happy to corporate with my lawyers... Nasty attitude.
