I went to buy children's rain boots 20 minutes before the store closed. The boots were listed as available at this store on the site but were not on the shelves. It was explained to me that the boots might be back but that I would have to come back another time. No one wanted to go get them for me saying it could take a long time... I insisted on getting them now but no one wanted to go get them. Finally Aissata came to help me and went to get them. It took 10 minutes but I got the boots I had traveled for. If you don't want to offer products that are in the warehouse, don't display them as available on your site. And thank your employee Aissata who saved you from a 2-star review.”
