Paid full price of an Italian bedroom in April, they promised delivery in May, then changed it to June , today they delayed it to End of August ! Unreliable! Never ever pay before the deliver! We want our money back!

If I could rate Brault et Martineau in lasalle zero stars I would. 3 times now we have scheduled delivery for a couch and three times the delivery drivers did not deliver the items. Trying to get a couch delivered to a seniors residence a block away from the store should not be this hard!I cancelled my order and will never shop here ever again. Brault & Martineau is the absolute worst furniture company to have to deal with. Customer service is garbage.

Came in recently with my mom and girlfriend in order to buy a vacuum. We were greeted by a girl at the door and she told us to look around and that a salesman would eventually come see us. We walked around a bit and found nobody. Eventually we were the ones looking for a salesman and even got ignored a few times by a gentleman in the back using a computer.After waiting for a while, a salesman finally came to see us. He was poorly dressed and looked like he came in after a hangover. He had no idea how the vacuum worked and seemed not interested in actually selling. We ended up leaving because the service was horrible. We went to canadian tire instead.Would not recommend to anyone else. Its overpriced and the service isn’t worth it.

We bought a couch and it’s a good couch and all. But they empathize we should good the stain treatment which was 130$ which we agreed to. Turns out the stain treatment is a total scam, another company came in my apartment to spray the couch. They literally sprayed the couch for a single minute. So fast. Many places were not covered. And I’m 95% sure that spray was just water as I touched some of the mixture which fell on the floor and smelled it.Basically, we got scammed at Brault & Martineau

2nd time writing here. They lied to my 84 year old mother that her appliances were in stock. We waited and oh lol BTW When they tell you they are so sorry please write to media.sociaux. Don’t bother. I think that making an 84 year old cry is worth their money they are mistaken!! How dare you!So long story short. They admitted that at the last minute after 8 weeks of waiting someone took the fridge reserved for her and gave it to someone else.Another manager got it back so they had to do another delivery 2 days later. They just came today and our sales guy said they would take the old. The guys said no sorry. Left it in the middle of her house! So now we have to get rid of the old fridge!!! NIGHTMARE!!!

Bought a sofa, was promised delivery within a month, never came. Could not reach anybody for days. They have no customer service in their stores. Couldn’t even get through at head office.Got a refund, never going back!

Not recommend low customer service! Purchased king mattress 10 years guaranty. Mattress got small cracks after 7 years and they didn't took responsibility based on given guarantee! Do not recommend!

Bought my son's a bunk bed in November and salesman confirmed it was in stock and will be delivered before Christmas. Called this week and waited on hold and was disconnected multiple times...all to find out they don't actually have it in stock and may not be received before end of January. Paying for something I am not able to use. Dishonest and horrible service

The most worst service... I bought a mattress 6 months ago and the seller( MOURAD DOUADI ) only talked to me about the warranty and didn't say anything about exchange or refund... After a month of my purchase, I went to the store and I said that I am not comfortable with this mattress and that I have back pain...again he didn't tell me about to return it or exchange it...three months later, I went there again and asked to exchange the mattress, he told me more than 100 days have passed since your purchase and it is no longer possible to exchange or return... After this, I talked to the store manager and said that I am your customer and I bought more than 8,000 dollars of different items from you, and now only I want to change the mattress and I didn't know that I only have 100 days to change it and it is not mentioned anywhere in the invoice...he told me that you should know about the policy and they didn't change the mattress...Don't waste your time and money in this company, I am not at all satisfied with my purchase

My review is specific to the after service delivery. Purchased a new stove with warranty; it's a must for any appliance today and not because of the white glove service sales pitch. Delivery is on time but the stove is filthy; im told that the wood sitting on top of the stove top caused it and it's too protect it when stacking other appliances on top; that's reassuring. Here's where the issue started: 1- I accepted that the stove was dirty but proceeded to spend the next hour trying to scrape away wood embedded into the rubber edge (still not all gone). 2- The stove was missing instructions 3- A small dent on the top of the stove. Now i'm fairly laid back and can accept a few hiccups but returned to the store to ask if they can help with the issue with the embedded wood and missing instructions. They explained why this could happen but really offered no solution and told me to download the manual off the web; I asked if I can take the manual from the floor model. In terms of the embedded wood chips; they told me to call whirlpool. So they pitched me this white glove service warranty but the 1st day, im asked to call whirlpool. Bumped it to 2 stars as they let me leave with the floor model manual and the original sales person was nice. Finally, if delivery are going to dump all the cardboard in my bin, can they let me know so I don't have to take the time and remove all the parts that can't be recycled (styrofoam). FYI for whirlpool, you cover the entire stove with plastic but forget the stove top; it doesn't make any sense.

do not purchase an extended warranty ...there is no service ..just a money grab.i have been without a clothing dryer for almost a month and half..cost are adding up.COMERCO is a telemarketing scam.

I have no complaints about my order, because I bought 2 sofas from them and they are beautiful. Delivery was on time as they said, but my complaint is about one of their employees. The girl who called me to confirm the delivery was an obvious separatist French bit.....!!!! She absolutely refused to try to speak a little English even though I was struggling to understand her. When I politely asked her to please speak slowly since I couldn't understand her, she completely ignored me and continued talking the same way. My wife finally took the phone off me and managed to understand what the hell she was asking. Funny how when we were at the store and ordered the couches the salesman had no trouble switching to English so he could make the sale. Needless to say I will NO LONGER buy here anymore, even though I am a long time customer.

I have always bought my furniture from brault Martineau. I bought a bed set in the last week of May. It was the floor model. On the 3rd day of its use, it broke down. They sell poor quality furniture now.I have opened the case with customer service, its been 3 weeks that I have submitted the pictures of my broken bed. I have no response. I call them everyday, they never pick a call. I left a message couple of times for a call back, but never received a call. I am very disappointed.
