I walked in to get an engagement ring and a belly ring service was horrible usually a person can get choices of different one's but it felt like he was pushing fake rings towards me I recommend you double check any items that you may buy

I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS JEWELRY!!!1st experience: I went there a few years ago to have my watch battery changed. He broke the pin that adjusts the time and never notified me. My watch is no longer functional because I can no longer adjust the time.2nd experience: I returned there after several years to sell jewelry that I no longer wanted. He offered me a ridiculous amount: $430 less than the real resale value of another jeweler I ended up selling with. In addition, he misled me about the weight of the jewelry with one gram less than the actual weight.IN SHORT VERY DISHONEST AND VERY CONDENSING

Worst jewelry store experience ever. I went in with my 14 year old son, asked him to look at gold crosses. He bring out a whole tray of silver crosses, when I reminded him that we’re looking for gold crosses, his response “yeah, but silver is nice”. ? after finally finding a cross my son liked, we purchased it and when we tried to return it 30mins later, he laughed at us and said no we can’t return it without giving an actual reason as to why we can’t. Ne we going back, should have left before buying anything. I’d rather buy jewelry from a pawn shop than ever return here

If I could give 0 stars I would My bf bought this ring from marketplace. We went Here to get it sized and fixed up. Long story short my finger turns green and the silver coating is coming off. I go see him and he is very defensive says I'm allergic. I go see another jewler and she is in complete shock. She asked if a amateur did the job. She proceeded to tell us that the ring isn't silver or white gold its just metal and will not fix the ring because it's not worth it. Why did I get charged over 100 bucks to get my ring sized by this guy when another jewelry store tells me it's not even real. This guy IS NOT A PROFESSIONAL. He fixed my ring probably knowing it was not real charged me over 100 bucks and when I complained made it my fault. Do yourself a favor and go see a professional do not go here. Why bf got dooped into buying what was supposed to b a silver ring. Only to get dooped again into paying 100 to get it sized by this guy. Why couldn't he have told us the ring wasn't silver or real? Not a professional do not go here
