Horrible experience in this store which is anything but a jewelry store! The items are of very poor quality, they sell it for real but it's all fake, what a scam!! And when you want to get a refund, they continue to lie to you about the quality of the product. Have you ever seen gold turn on your skin?? Or stainless steel that oxidizes? Well, they find it quite normal.So a piece of advice: flee this place!!

Liars!! They sell so-called stainless steel jewelry that turns black on the skin in a day and they don't refund even when they see the blackened skin! Unacceptable, deplorable customer service...don't set foot there, ever!!!

The chain comes in a wine red box. 2 weeks that I have the chain saying to myself it turns black !!!!!! (I have had another gold chain for over 15 years and it has never tarnished another jewelry store of course). So in February when the stores reopen, we go there with the box and the same lady with the purple hair says to my husband: It doesn't come from us, it's not our boxes. There's nothing we can do, it's your wife's fault. (clearly it's not gold they sold us) never go there, the other jewelers around the crossroads call them the cheap jewelry "flea market" for good reason. Worst customer experience(Original)Si j’avais pu donner zéro je l’aurais fait. Mon mari m’ acheté une chaine en or avec un pendentif pour décembre. Je n’aimais pas le pendentif donc nous allons l’échanger. La madame au cheveux violet lance a mon mari : je comprends donc que tu viennes l’échanger c’est pas le plus beau .... ben voyons donc mon mari est a côté et on se regarde en se disant mais quelle manque de respect. La chaine vient dans une boite rouge vin. 2 semaines que j’ai la chaine en sois disant or elle devient noire !!!!!! ( jai une autre chaine en or depuis plus de 15 ans et jamais elle n’a ternis dune autre bijouterie bien sur). Donc en février quand les magasins ré-ouvre, on va sur place avec la boite et la meme madame au cheveux violet dit a mon mari : Ca vient pas de chez nous ca c’est pas nos boîtes. On peut rien faire cest la faute de la peau a votre femme. ( clairement ce n’est pas de l’or quils nous ont vendu) n’aller jamais là, les autres bijoutiers du carrefour les appellent le « Marché aux puces » cheap des bijoux pour une bonne raison.
