Got to Hera beauty in Ave Dollar lasalle, had a point card which I had accumulated points over years. Rude unhelpful cashier said all your points are expired without even checking the card. Did not even asked my phone number to check. He said, I am the store manager and what I say is final. Zero empathy as he has no clue how to talk to people. Even other clients were just laughing. Bad experience. ? one star is too much as rating. Zero star.

The most unprofessional Beauty Hera I have ever been to. The “manager” was very rude and judgemental. He was talking to his coworkers and customers like they were nobodies. I even witnessed racial profiling coming from him towards a non-fair skin lady. This Beauty Hera boutique is the only one that I had ever seen such things at.

Smata gave a great service. There were customers who tried to interompted us and she was professional and polite enough to tell them that she will help once she makes sure I didn't need anything else.I bought 12 lipglosses, strong hold edge control, an olive oil leaving conditionner and 5 packs of prestretched 1B hair

I Ask the casier to open the jewelry glass door she helped me to get what I wanted. I told her I want one pair of earrings I took the earrings in front of her I then told her I will show them to my boyfriend so she can wait and not close the door I came back and told her I’ll stick with what I took i asked her to open it again because I wanted a necklace I took the necklace and went to the cash to pay she then stared to accuse me of stealing she started to say that I took 2 pairs of earring and not one… I told the manager to check the camera she was so confident that I was stealing she even started to say “GOD WILL JUDGE YOU” in front of all the customers. When the manager checked the camera he came back and said the camera was not working but the lady went i don’t know were and never came back. This is ridiculous and very embarrassing and very unprofessional I have never in my life experienced a such disrespect. If you want a disrespectful experience go there.

Never stepping foot at this store ever! I tried to exchange a ponytail and the cashier proceeds to rudely tell me the hair smells like smoke she then calls her co worker and she says the same thing and that they won’t allow it and that i have to come back the next day to talk to the manager.

go there if you want to deal with racist+ lying employees lol that’s all I gotta say. my friend and I went there for the first time and we told each other never again. Go to other hera beauty stores they might have better employees but never lasalle.

Rude staff,they don't want to help customers and when you ask they're quick to give attitude as if there not employees who work there. Owner/manager has the same attitude.

Worst hair at store ever , manager is the most racist manager I’ve ever came across & this isn’t the first time I had a problem with him. Very poor costumer service!

One of the ladies customer service, was excellent. I forgot her name but she had cornrows and I think she has Caribbean roots. Helped me all the way, extremely polite made recommendations. She changed my experience from previous service.
