I bought a vanity, a toilet and lots of accessories, on November 2, 2024 I paid for everything, knowing that the vanity was not available in stock before December 24, not against the toilet the employee who his name is Benjamin assured me that if I paid on site he would reserve it for me for delivery no later than January 1st, it is January 3rd I call to see where my order is, I am told that it is will not arrive before January 15 but I can go and collect it from the warehouse in Blainville, I obviously refuse and I ask for a refund and I am told that it takes 5 working days to receive my money, THIEF GANG . Enzo, the employee who tried to reimburse me for everything, however his colleague and young brunette woman who is super ill-mannered and who laughed in our face, I understand that education and respect are not important at this company!
I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!!!

Quand j'ai acheté, tout était beau pour la livraison : "appelez 7 à 10 jours avant la livraison souhaitée!" Quand j'ai appelé, on m'a alors dit qu'il fallait attendre 3 jours que le transporteur m'appelle pour choisir une date. Dans les faits, le transporteur livre dans 48 heures entre midi et 19h, ou en janvier !. Je n'ai eu aucun choix ! J'ai l'impression d'avoir été dupée

This company practices false advertising by showing you on the site that the product is "In Stock" at the store when it is absolutely not. You drive 30 minutes to buy it only to learn that the store doesn't manage any inventory. Avoid this type of company at all costs. And don't tell me these are supply chain problems. Having the inventory on your website up to date HAS NOTHING TO DO WITH YOUR SUPPLY!

I experienced a crack in my toilet tank and communicated with Justine, an agent by e mail about the leaking of water it is causing . She responded to each enquiry promptly and resolved the issue by placing an order for a new toilet bowl to be delivered to my residence. Thank you very much for your assistance.

Terrible customer services. You must order on Monday to receive it on Friday. After receiving the call that our order has arrived, we show up at the store but nothing has arrived. We have to go to Blainville to get everything. Very disappointed.

Very bad and unpleasant experience on 2023.11.24 around 5pm with the store staffs. The so called manager left me asking questions to the inexperienced staff without tending to help, when he was actually listening. I didn’t at all have the feeling of being welcomed and treated as a customer. Besides, the company policy is also quite unfriendly to the customers. No promotion and no free delivery; no confirmation for the delivery date, even for the latest date. (As least the store staffs “warned” me their can’t provide any room for flexibility.) Feel like I was the one keeping compromising for the purchase, and I ended up not buying it even though I was in urgent need for the item. This company is definitely on my blacklist from now on. Don’t understand their business ethics.

If I could give zero stars I would. The sales people are very dishonest with deceptive bait-and-switch tactics. They quoted a reasonable price initially but changed it at the counter, manipulating me into a purchase that’ didn’t suit my needs for a much higher cost. When I returned to change my order they would not honor their original more reasonable quote. I won't recommend this dishonest business to anyone and advise others to be cautious. Escalating to the managers was a joke. My contractor had sent me there but will never send clients there again after I told him what happened.
