The atmosphere is good, great staff, especially the Italian man who cares about the customers, he is super polite and kind. I would not hesitate to recommend this gym.

June 2023, I was pleased to see 'new equipment esp. Treadmills', nice ambiance & good size 'not colossal yet good basic machines'!Ian is always 'very affablE, gregarious & knowledgeable' welcoming spirit & cheers you on!
