Rotten after-sales service, twisted stabilizer leg 1 week after delivery 2 months and still no one has come to repair it, now there is a water leak because of the hot water tank in the trailer and no one calls back, a technician will respond!!!

Avons fait l'acquisition d'une roulotte neuve il y a 1 semaine. Malheureusement un orage a abîmé notre auvent. Ils refusent complètement de passer ce bris sur la garantie.....on en revient pas. On cancelle notre garantie prolongée avec eux. C'est notre 4e roulotte et on a jamais eu de problème avec aucun accessoire. Si un auvent ne résiste pas

We purchased a park trailer in August 2023.
Selling only +++++++
We had only positive comments on the after-sales service.
Unfortunately I can't say the same.
I have to run after them to get the rest of the repairs to be done.
Don't order the right pieces
We arrive in July 11 months after our purchase and still nothing repaired apart from a wing corner!!!
The 4 moldings and the awning still waiting.
We are royally disappointed with the after-sales service!

First experience when purchasing our 2022 Jayco Loft 40' trailer at the Quebec branch with Linda Duguay.Excellent service. Very nice person.Second experience when purchasing our 2024 SandPiper with Ms. Duguay and Félix Soulières. Great service too.The transaction was completed at the Lanoraie branch due to the brand of trailer which was not available in Quebec.Excellent service from a very professional and also very kind person Ms. Nathalie Desgagnés in financing.During the delivery/installation of our trailer on October 10, 2023, Yan and Jean were very kind, patient and professional.As for the after-sales service of this Forest River SandPiper brand trailer, time will tell.Hoping that we will be satisfied.Marthine Fortier/Serge Beaudoin

Excellent sales service, but the after-sales service has a hidden infiltration screw that the wood comes apart just by looking at it. We haven't even had it for 2 years. Really disappointed.
