We recently purchased a trailer (Shamrock hybrid) from Roulotte Langlois and we would like to share our great satisfaction throughout the process.
Olivier in finance has achieved the feat of making the entire purchasing process, financing, guarantees, extras and all the instructions for use clear.
Jacques gave us a nice presentation upon delivery of our trailer but we would especially like to highlight his attentive and impeccable after-sales service.

At the start, Alexandre at the sale explained to us very well the different characteristics of the Ford Byond RV. He also responded professionally to our questions following the visit to the RV. The transaction also went very well with Olivier, super friendly and very professional.
When taking possession, the owner Jacques takes the time necessary to explain to us the various details of the RV and the maintenance to be done. The atmosphere is very friendly and the service employees are very knowledgeable about the different aspects of the preparation. The last little adjustments are made with very good service.
Very nice family company and very good service, smiling and attentive staff.

Wow what a team. Wonderful from start to finish. We bought a used trailer and we were treated like royalty. The owner takes care of presenting the trailer from start to finish. An unforgettable experience at roulotte Langlois in Ange Garden, Quebec. Outstanding service from our salesman Alexandre and financial department Olivier. When we went to pick up our new RV, the owner stood out with his careful explanations. A remark, don't forget to tell them your specific brand of car to have your trailer and car up to the level of the Mr who works in the garage, it's a little disappointment...
