Every time I try to make an appointment, I am unable to reach them and have to show up on site. The service person also told me "your oil change doesn't worry me even if you have passed the recommended mileage" (2000km over I was waiting for a part) not even 1000km later the truck left on the trailer the filter the oil exploded, how long did I drive without oil?....Ford f150 2018 just problems from the start and what annoys me is the INEXISTENT Ford service!!!! Driving shaft 1 x changed, I'm waiting for another one, Wipper, backglass, step, mirrors, air conditioning clutch, rear panel that no longer opens...and each time I have to pay $100 due to the extended warranty that I took, by chance..

They are not able to repair the transmission of my f150, Ford tried twice to reprogram the transmission after admitting the problem. And finally the 3rd visit for my defective transmission they changed their speech to now say that it is normal that the trucks are "rough". I'm not sure if it's normal to hear the gear changes echoing in the floor. Don't buy a Ford, they have serious problems that the dealer does not guarantee. Above all, don't buy from the guardian angel, they are liars, crossers, hypocrites and worse.

Service courtois. Ils veulent vraiment que le client soit satisfait et font tout ce qu ils peuvent pour y arriver. Ils sont sont toujours disponibles pour répondre a nos interrogations.
