Dropped off my 2021 RAV4 for a maintenance at 71000KM odometer. Average use, 6-7mm brake disc thick still left according to their report. As recommendation by Canada Toyota, service 1 needed. But they charged as service 2, and they 'did" more maintenance than what I can figure out that are "necessary". Such as motor maintenance (149.95 CAD +TAX), brake fluid change, may be necessary may be not, wheel brake service (brake thick check and clean, 175.95 CAD +TAX). However, service 1/2 includes the brake inspection, NO?. I'm not mechanic, but I can do my homework with logic. Total 997 CAD for a 71000km RAV4 normal maintenance plus tires change. GOOD LUCK, GUYS!!!!!!

I was well received by Advisor John Kargakos. Professional, nice and welcoming. This Spinelli Toyota dealership in Lachine is comfortable and has friendly staff. Complimentary coffee is always nice if you’re coming in early to service your vehicle and staying to wait. Overall pleasant service.

Met with service rep Cosmin Rus who did his best to get me through the tire change/oil change as quickly as possible. He also pointed out that my old battery was operating at 30% which wouldn’t do in our winters and so saving me a possible hassle on some cold morning. Thanks Cosmin for a great job.
