My personal experience was very positive. Replacement car was provided, rear bumper was painted very nicely and installed properly, communication was very polite and clear.I had a special request to paint a part of front bumper that I provided myself. They painted the part and even installed, I was very surprised as they went above and beyond my request. Previously delt with another garage with my other car, believe me I know how terrible experience and unprofessionalism look like. This is not about SPINELLI Lachine. I would definitely come back again. Thank you guys!

Avoid using this auto repair shop at all costs. Despite my insurance paying almost $15,000, they returned my car with missing screws and plastic cover parts. When I brought it back, they only installed one screw and the polishing was poorly done. I later discovered on the VW website that they are not a Certified Collision Repair Facility. I wasted a lot of time dealing with them and escalating issues. While their reception staff is courteous, their maintenance team severely lacks professionalism and requires significant training. Save your time and find a more reliable service provider.

More than three months for a repair that they told me would take 3 weeks. Very little communication. On delivery, the interior of the car was damaged and the paint did not cover the bottom of the door well. Other exterior parts were damaged. These issues were corrected as much as possible after involving a CarXpert representative.
A few months later and the door now lets water in when it rains, wetting the carpet and ceiling.

Very poor service. Go somewhere else.
2 points:
1) First of all, when I went to pick up my car, following a body repair, it no longer had gas. The range was barely 2 or 3 km to go. I had to borrow one of their cars to put gas in a jerrycan and then return to fill my car. Knowing that they had used all my gas, they could have had the decency to put at least $5 in gas to give me the chance to get to a gas station on my own.
2) Still on the day I received my car, I looked around and noticed that the right rear tire was deflated. I immediately notified the technician who brought the car into the workshop to re-inflate the tire. However, the same tire deflated approximately every 2 or 3 weeks. In fact, when I picked up my car from Spinelli Carrosserie, the nail was already there and now I find myself having to pay money to repair their mistake, that is to say change the entire tire, because they reject responsibility.
In terms of bad faith, it's hard to do worse.

The garage was suggested by my insurance. The estimate was crazy and unreasonable but I didn't really care because the insurance was paying. Got an appointment and took a day off work to bring the car to the garage that day. One day before they called me saying that they didn't get the part. So I wasted a day off. After picking up the car from the repair shop it turns out that it didn't fix anything. I still had an error message on my dashboard. Now they ordered the right piece they will deliver to my house so I could install it myself.Oh and they don't have courtesy cars.

Insurance paid 900$ for a license plate light replacement and minor fixes (?!). Upon picking up the car I still have a dashboard alert because they installed the wrong light and didn't test them properly. Waste of time, won't be going there again.

Quick and efficient service! Especially from Oksana and Audrey! Coming from a customer background, they made you feel welcomed and gave clear and detailed explanations in regards to what repairs will be done to my car. Everything was transparent and I got exactly what I wanted! They made my car look brand new again so I highly recommend!

I brought my car in after an accident with the recommendation of my insurance company.After 2 weeks I picked it up and realized the mirror that was changed kept shaking when driving.When I went back and sked them why they gave me some BS story that cars after an accident are never the same and things will move and shake.I contacted my insurance to send their evaluator to verify and when he asked them if it was an original part they said no it is not.He told them to get an original one and change it.It took them 3 weeks to get the mirror and wverytimr the insurance would call them they would say oh we got the wrong one.They try to act professional until you challenge their opinion and then they get loud and defensive.
