Used the automated top line car wash it's not worth the money .Car back remained dirty and full of soap

Guys. Fix your car wash machine. I am fed up explaining that i get side wash only and main top brush stays in the air. I just drove home again with dirty car. It happens every second time. I dont think i will be buying 10 washes caed this winter. Seriously do something. Ultramar is not far.

Good overall but depending on a vehicle model the back of the car will not wash properly.
