I went there recently i had knocking sounds , the mechanic inspected it and showed me what was the issue to reassure me of the problem , they fixed it and everything was good . Friendly staff , good job and fast service

Le service a changé. Je connais se garage et le propriétaire depuis plus de 30ans. Le garagiste m'a dit ne pas pouvoir réparer ma crevaison alors j'ai accepté l'achat d'un pneu neuf (220$+t). Par contre, ils n'ont pas installé le pneu neuf, ils ont déplacé le pneu endommagé de l'avant à l'arrière alors trois jour plus tard mon pneu arrière était à plat et coïncidence pour exactement le même genre de crevaison.

Ah, where to start. First issue: I got my winter tires put on there. The following morning, I had a flat tire. Apparently my tire was not installed properly..? lol.Second issue: My husband had his brakes changed there, they didn't feel right to my husband and when he went back to have it inspected, they apparently forgot to add brake fluid (or something along those lines). A few months later, his brakes felt weird again. The product was under warranty but they felt the need to charge my husband for labor. I was shocked considering that all the things that went wrong with these brakes was through no fault of our own! In the end, Joe decides he won't charge us. We are grateful for that, but it should have been a given! Not to mention, we had my husband's headlight also changed there.... for 80 bucks!? Ouch!We really like supporting smaller businesses but unfortunately, we've had too many issues there and won't be going back.Services: Tires

The mechanics here are very helpful, polite, and professional. They go above and beyond to make sure I have the best service, to explain my car problems in ways that I can understand, to make sure nothing is overlooked, to save me money, and to deal with warranty agents on my behalf. I will continue to have my car serviced here, and you should to!
