We shopped outdoor dining furniture at JML inc over the past two summers as they carry good quality, durable products. They are a distributor in an industrial area of Montreal which caters mainly to commercial clients however advertises that they are open to the public. This is not a full service furniture store, they have limited stock on the showroom floor for inspiration so you need to do the design work on your own unlike commercial clients who do that in-house or hire a design firm. We were fine doing this with work, given there is a lack of quality outdoor furniture stores in Montreal. So naturally, it took many visits to make a final selection as there are many choices to be made from material type, colour, functionality, size etc. for virtually every element of each product. And virtually all of these choices have to be made from small swatches. So as you might imagine, this is not an easy task and it requires much time, especially if you care about design aesthetics and are diligent and detail oriented. During the selection process, we requested additional information for which they needed to contact the manufacturer.On the dining chairs I selected, for which they happened to have a model on the floor, I noticed uneven/faulty stitching on the back and asked whether they could ensure that the ones I receive would be free of that flaw; they assured us that this would not be a problem. Keep in mind that these chairs are $600 each and I planned to order 6. Not top of the line yes, but expensive enough that I would want them to be free of visible defects. Much to our surprise when we went back to place our order and I reiterated that request, the owner became frustrated and told us that we are too discerning, complained about how much time we spent with them, that no other client ever noticed that flaw, that our order which was $7300 for a patio set including chairs table and umbrella was not a “big order”, and REFUSED to do business with us. When I tried to diffuse the situation, I was dismissed, my quote returned and he walked away. All of this in front of other clients. I was shocked.If you have a keen eye for detail and value design aesthetics and are diligent in your planning this isn’t the place for you.

Nice people to work with, I've bought my patio furniture from them and was extremely happy with the service and the furniture was very good quality at a good price, they sell high end items, but you won'y have to buy a new set in 3 years.
I had such a good experience I felt they deserved a positive review.
It's not easy to find people or business that treat you right, most places just want what's in your wallet. These guys take the time to help you pick the right outdoor high end furniture for your style and budget, my back yard looks like a high end hotel.
