“I had excellent service from Nüspace in 2020 when purchasing stools and chairs, which I continue to enjoy on a daily basis to this day. I contacted the store again following my move last week because one of the four cushions on one of my stools had been lost during the move, which meant that the stool was no longer stable. I believe that the store could benefit greatly by providing better delivery practices like other stores in the industry. For example, if we could make an appointment, the waiting time would be significantly shorter because the deliveries would already be ready. In addition, it would allow employees to prepare deliveries during downtime. This way there would not be endless lines of customers waiting for their ceramics in addition to facilitating the work of their employees who would have a more constant and predictable workflow.”
