“I truly enjoy visiting the website, adding to my wish list and ordering puzzles from here. The selection is vast, with puzzles from all the major quality manufacturers and searches can be conducted by theme, company, artist and more. Each puzzle is pictured and described in detail. Ordering is simple and secure and delivery very fast. On each occasion I was kept informed with updates of delivery status and shipping is free after a certain amount. The packaging is sturdy to prevent damage. I found the store very responsive with a prompt reply to a question via email. If ever I am in the area, I hope to visit the actual brick and mortar store to browse and purchase but until then I will shop with confidence on the website. Prices are reasonable and fair and there are also sales, discounts and a loyalty program in which points are earned for discounts on future purchases. This store will continue to be my first choice for jigsaw puzzles. I recommend them highly. Thanks for the excellent products and service!”

“The store itself is great. However, I was faced with an unpleasant situation when I mentioned that I had suggested 'knight' costume options to my daughter rather than dresses. The salesman said that I would have preferred to have a son before my daughter... as if knight costumes were the prerogative of boys and that I was disappointed in her. On this point I would recommend reading a little about gender theory to understand ignorance.”

“This is a long overdue review on Michael's in-store custom framing service. I had a beautiful fish print cloth that I had purchased over a decade ago from a trip in the Caribbean that I had been meaning to frame. This is my first professional framing experience ever so I was a bit nervous because I wasn't sure if I articulated what I wanted clearly to the framer. when it was time to pick up the framed cloth, it was better than I expected. She added a nice mat around the cloth. The photo that I am attaching doesn't do it justice. Keep in mind I took this photo at night. It now sits over our bed and really elevates our bedroom.”
“Wow! I was realy impress by the service Elan (the owner) provides! I was looking for the Seaview sub 39 inch model from Moebius witch is a very difficult find due to the rarety of the product and he manage to get it for me. It took time but all the whyl he kept in touch wiht me. Today Oct 2nd i finaly got my hands on my model.This guy knows what hes talking about,cares about his job and his customers!!!
