My story dates from 10 years ago but it seems that nothing has changed there
My Mazda had an electrical problem, after more than 600 dollars invested, a week of seeing my car sleeping in the yard, they called me with a bill of 1600$ to pay for work that in the end my car had to leave again. towing for the dealer.
Arrived there, the Gabriel Mazda dealer explained to me that Erny Stevens installed the wrong PCM on my car, then continued the diagnostics and succeeded in starting my engine but with bad timing, which caused the pistons to malfunction. and internal engine valves.
I didn't want to pay the $1600, the gentleman at the service yelled at me like rotten fish, it was humiliating! But when you don't know what you're doing, you notify the client and you don't touch it. I had to mention the law and that the client had his rights and that it would probably end up in court.
In the end, it cost me 4500 to repair the engine...
They killed me financially for years... I was starting out in life and I had to borrow all that.
I'll never forget this man, I promise.

Have been going to Ernie Stevens for over 10 years never had a problem trusted them fully so when I brought my car in this time didn’t hesitate to tell them to do what needed to be done without worry but soon realized that the ownership had changed not only did they charge me 850 for a few small repairs but a week later my car started falling apart I guess they need repeat business stay away at all costs

Slow repair,over 24 hours.Owner changed and the service is not great. Over 600 dollars to change a break disk and fuel line. Said I was paying cash because I had it on me and the man automatically took over from the young woman at the counter and gave me the cost on a calculator with no receipt. I’m guessing no taxes are being paid. If you have a choice find another mechanic. This place used to be good but something changed.

Car overheated on Autoroute 20 and I navigated to this place. Didn’t read reviews just showed up and begged for their help. Very friendly and honest, these folks helped me out right away: ordered new radiator and parts and did a great job for a reasonable price. Thank you!!

Changed 3 tires out of 4, so i rolled on 1 winter tire and 3 summer tires all summer. And at oil change, they changed my filters without asking.

The last time I went, it was to have my engine changed and they gave me the car back with the passenger door that no longer opened and the back seat broken, telling me that it wasn't them . So at your own risk
