no one came at home for deliver courier and they updated no one was at home

Very very poor service we have to close this... they tell me they delivered my package 2 weeks ago yet nothing... you call customer service impossible to speak to a consultant they tell you what is of no use to you at all... you send the email they don't respond... really not worth it????

What kind of company provides such a poor customer service, to send a simple envelope you might need at least 1 hour if you are lucky enough, long wait no experience, no one cares if there are 5 clients waiting and so on...
