I went with my two granddaughters to buy slush, chips, and monster, when I got home I met who charged me 7 cans instead of 6 I returned for a refund of $5.88 with no apology and good evening and the famous cashier André doesn't tempt him to give me my invoice and when I return he doesn't even say hello so I tell him if you don't want to work then go home, and I don't will no longer go back to bed late to be served by a stupid esti, no thank you.

Good morning,
Complaint about the service received in your store on 32nd avenue in Lachine around 6:30-7 in the afternoon. After buying my average slush, the cashier let me know that there were no straws available, so I told her that I could, to compensate, take one of the paid straws available at the slush station for free, because the plastic straw is technically part of the price of the product (and is not sold separately), she tells me ''no'' and to drink the slush ''as it is''. It is unacceptable that such business etiquette is not respected by the employee in question and this worries me for the quality of service that other customers receive at this branch.

Good little convenience store, open 24/7.

You can find a little bit of everything there; items for the home, a small lunch counter, pastries and a small counter to make you a good coffee, a good hot chocolate and that is always appreciated. Especially when McDonald's and Tim Horton's aren't open in the wee hours of the morning. They who say they are open 24/7.

I see these nice and clean comments, it might look clean but it's roach motel...The coffee and hot chocolate machine area is crawling with them. Big and small. I was gonna get a coffee and pastry and turned back around.Disgusting.

Bad service, employees are incompetent. I won a $5 gift card thanks to the late night game on the official app and my friend and I's promotion didn't scan, the cashier blamed us, he even charged for the items we took honestly he could have just asked us to put them back where we found them. I want to have explanations, why rip us off like this, it’s seriously shameful!
