My wife, I and our little daughter were at Oshkosh Lachenaie, we had a question regarding the availability of the size of an item, we asked the person who worked that day, she replied with arrogance and frustration "it's all we have, there's nothing behind ok" ouch I said to my wife we are in the wrong place. We went somewhere else.This person named supervisor on his tag needs therapy, coaching and help with his behavior. Next time I will use the white paint if we ever go back to this store but I doubt it.Thank you so much.

I always have excellent service whenever I come to this Carters, I prefer to drive further than go to the one closer to my house. The salespeople are available and present to present the promotions to us and answer our questions, but are not intrusive. The store is large and clean and there is a small nursing room in the back if needed. I adore.

Bad reception, I have just collected an order made online and the racist employee takes the liberty of commenting on my name. It seems that respect and tolerance are not part of the essential basis of training for employees of this chain. Racism has become so common in this country that it has become a normality. A chance that the majority are not like her. Avoid this store, they report this kind of execrable behavior!

The supervisor has no interpersonal skills, I speak to her, she pretends she didn't hear, I had to repeat each sentence 3 times.The item had a price tag of $34 but on the receipt it was $38, she was not happy to refund me the difference.I simply and politely ask her for a small reduction because I come from far away, plus it's the store's mistake and not mine she doesn't answer me she continues to tap on the cash register, I repeat a second time time, she replied with arrogance and frustration Sir you can go to any Carters store and they will credit you.Plus she doesn't look at me every time I talk to her, she pretends to do some things, very rude, arrogant she should work alone this person. I felt discriminated against.
