This review is very late in being submitted, however misplaced my receipt and ony located this a.m. Wouild like to thank Marc, owner and manager of Chico in Ile Perrot and adorable Maegen, who served myself and a friend last month when we were purchasing treats and toys for our dogs. I was visiting from Calgary, and it was the second time I had been to this very well run pet store - the first, in 2021 when I had my puppy with me and needed a carry case for her in order to travel. I met Maegen then, as well as last month, and would highly recommend this friendly, well run and delightful pet location. I absolutely love this place and especially the owners.The staff is top notch and in fact when I go there I always feel super welcome and actually have a great time everytime i go there ,which is at least twice a month.Fantastic service/fantastic people.

Exceptional customer service! You can tell that the staff here truly cares for the well-being of animals. Some pet stores are purely transactional by nature, but Chico's staff is more than willing to give their feedback & advice on a wide array of questions pertaining to the health of your pets.Additionally, the food options are far better than what you see in supermarkets. The treat selection alone is mesmerizing for the little pups.

Best customer service! For the the owners and the staff, this is not business, this is personal; they truly have the health of your fur baby at heart. My ragdoll cat of 11 years old suffered of explosive diarrhea and soft stool since I adopted her. After years of vet appointments and testing, internal medicine specialists and more expensive testing, I felt resigned to feeding my cat the least worst of all the different foods I was given at my vet. Then one day I ran out of food and went to Chico and met Mark. I did the intolerance test that he recommended and his team took the results to find the best food formula for my cat. The result was instant! My cat is more affectionate, eats more and poops less. Her litter box is cleaner and so is my house… I cannot be more happy to see my cat feeling well and confortable. Thank you again to the whole team at Chico! Pictures don’t lie, here are the before and after of her litter box:
