I had some problems during my last visit with them, which seems to correspond with the change of ownership.
I dropped off a ring which came back to me with a significant scratch on the band (see photo). When they agreed to polish it, they removed the design from the bangle (see other photo). There were crevices all around the band and they polished them all out, completely changing the look of my ring. I was (and am) extremely disappointed in this, as our family has done business with this jewelry store often and this ring has great sentimental value. The new owner offered to rework the band to restore the design last July, but I lost so much confidence that I preferred not to leave my ring there again.
They showed understanding and collaboration throughout my experience, but unfortunately I am left with a bad memory and a damaged ring.
