No matter what day or what time I come to this branch to do simple (and quick) transactions, it takes a minimum 15 to 20 minutes MINIMUM to reach a clerk. TD across the street is incredibly fast and efficient though. Strongly advise to which this RBC branch of at all possible.

The worst customer service out of all the RBCs in the West Island. Save your time and energy, go to the Beaconsfield branch instead.
