Alex Houde is not only 1 of the best managers I've dealt with his exceptional customer friendly personality, great product knowledge and also amazing price!! Unfortunately my rear windshield shattered at 7pm... Alex was at my Hotel before 9am to drop a loaner vehicle and pick up my vehicle to service... my car was repaired in a timely fashion and i HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company. I had a disappointing experience with this shop recently. After submitting a form on their website, I received no response. In-person visits were unproductive, as the technician was unavailable each time. Even the company's customer service suggested that their staff might be on vacation without prior notification to clients. This lack of communication and professionalism has undermined my trust in their service. Future customers beware!

Auto Windshield repair (24 May 2023).Major shout out to Lexi @ Novus Glass AKA Speedy Glass off St-Charles Blvd near the 40 in Kirkland. I pulled in early this am with a 1.5+ inch spider-web crack in my windshield and believed it would be beyond repair. In a little over an hour after pulling my car into one of the work bays, Lexi had performed his magic and I was on my way before 10am for under $200 and a lifetime warranty for the work performed. Needless to say the windshield replacement would have set me back much more given the factory heads-up display and heated glass. Thanks Lexi & Diana for the welcome reception and excellent customer service. Before and after pics below. Rob

Excellent service and most import the effort put in by the team.Cracked windshield on my 2022 Kona and Alex did not give up trying to find a replacement.....supply chain issues...NOVUS came through while all other places stopped looking...took about 5 months to finally get one.AND...their quote was less expensive than all other shops.

I had my windshield replaced , when I received my car back I had noticed in the morning that the installer had damaged the rubber end covers That are located lower left & right of the windshield .as well as leaving some sort of adhesive on the hood of the car.Clearly the installer is of poor quality work & his work shows no sign of professionalism, very dissatisfied

Used their mobile windshield repair service twice and they do an extremely good job everytime. When it's done you can't even tell there was a chip. Their prices are very reasonable and their customer service is the best. Highly recommended!

Great service! I would recommend this Novus to everyone. Alexis took great care of me and helped me work around my schedule. I was even fortunate enough to have my car picked up and dropped off! Rare to find a company willing to help you to this extent.

Open until 6 pm unlike most other repair shops (5 pm). I needed a quick repair to chip because if you wait for the next day it might be too late. Took 20 minutes and the chip was fixed. Cost $80-$90 with txs. Clean job. Thank you!
