If it was possible to put 0, I would have. Like other reviews…BUYER BEWARE, if you spend 100, 500 or 10,000$ if you don’t have a paper receipt to return a 12.85$ item that was unused and purchased under your name/account for which they have all the info in their system, they WILL NOT reimburse you. Save yourself the trouble and go at another Benjamin Moore store or better yet Home Depot where they can trace your purchase with your method of payment. Very unsatisfied customer, will never go back to that Kirkland branch.

Terrible customer service by the Manager (NOT the front end staff…they were trying to be helpful).
I was far from home and didn’t have my paper receipt with me but the day after my purchase i asked if i could return 2 unopened gallons of Primer. Salesman went to get his manager. In the meantime, I had the other salesman pull up my purchase on his computer. The manager would not accept the return without the receipt even though they had it in their system and the salesman remembered me buying it. He made me get the receipt and come back. EVERY other Benjamin Moore I’ve dealt with have never asked for the receipt (as it’s in their system) except here. I was going to buy $1200 of paint but went to another more accommodating Benjamin Moore with better customer service.

My husband and I were very satisfied with the service provided by Marikka . She is knowledgeable and helped us select the proper paint colours based on our home decor. Great service, staff was friendly and we would return to this location. We definitely recommend Marikka.

This is by far the worst Benjamin Moore if not paint shop to work with. The staff are scared of the owner - I bought almost 20 gallons of paint for a client - I made sure during the purchase that we can return 2 gallons if not used, I called the owner to replace with 2 other paint gallons we were missing, he says he has no time for this and he has other orders to take care off right now.Shame on him and his customer service.

I've had quite a negative experience with this store, they do not care about supporting their products at all. All they want is to sell more paint.I painted my entire basement ceiling and trim in chantilly lace, and after three years every bit of trim has turned yellow. It matched perfectly when it went on, yet the trim yellowed over the past couple years. When I went to the store with samples to show them, the workers there pretended they couldn't see the difference in paint color even though it was patently obvious. They said I bought the paint 3 years ago, and asked why I was complaining about it, acting as if a paint color is only supposed to only last 3 years.I don't expect them to pay a contractor to come repaint all of my trim, but to actually have the gall to pretend there isn't a color difference is insanity. I've spent thousands of dollars at this store over the years, and they can't even bother to acknowledge the issue. I've had paint issues at Sherwin-Williams and other retailers, but anytime I've brought it to their attention they acknowledge the issue and do their best to make it right. This store will not help you if anything goes wrong, and act unprofessionally when you come in to talk about it. I seriously suggest you stay away. Dulux or Sherwin-Williams are far more professional and will actually support you if you have problems.Edit: Just look at the owners response to see how they don't care, they'll try to come up with every kind of excuse to not do anything. The same type of paint is on the trim all over the rest of my house and none of that yellowed, yet somehow instead of them acknowledging the paint for the basement trim could have been from a defective batch, they try and blame ANYTHING else. They will NOT help you, this is the help I get having spent thousands on paint with them.
