they hired a bunch of people in the evenings who refuse to speak english (hi it's the west island, anglo stronghold) are slow & have no idea how to use any of the machines. unbelievably rude & frustrating to go to. i prefer going in the morning, that dude is friendly

really bad service from the employee with poney tail, everytime someone comes in that guy is hidden in the back for whatever reason and customers are always and always waiting for him to come up front, if you don't like your job just quit
