I was right near the customer that posted a negative review and was appalled by his demeanour. Helena followed protocol and has always been efficient and courteous to us. This client came to Canadian Tire with no bill and quickly became hostile. It is obvious by your post that your purpose is to crush a human but google reviewers have more sense than to believe yourrambling and hostile post.

My recent interactions with Helena, a customer service representative at Canadian Tire in Kirkland, have been extremely disappointing. On two separate occasions, she made it incredibly difficult for me and wasted my time.Helena's performance in this department leaves much to be desired. She appears ill-suited for the role, as she was unable to provide efficient assistance. I had hoped for a smoother and faster resolution to my inquiries, but Helena's lack of competency made the process needlessly arduous.Furthermore, her demeanor was far from helpful. Instead of offering assistance with a positive attitude, she came across as mean-spirited and unhelpful. It's concerning to think that she may be treating other customers in a similar manner.Given Helena's unsatisfactory performance, I strongly recommend that the manager consider reassigning her to the warehouse. Starting from the basics might allow her to gain a better understanding of customer service from the ground up. It's clear that she requires further training and development before being entrusted with direct customer interactions again.In conclusion, my experiences with Helena have left me deeply disappointed. Her lack of effectiveness, unfriendly demeanor, and apparent disregard for customer satisfaction reflect poorly on the reputation of Canadian Tire Kirkland. I hope that management takes swift action to address these issues and improve the overall customer service experience at the store.

Great customer service when it came to tools,I was waiting for my warranty socket to come into stock for 3 months,and I grew tired and told my concerns to Simon in parts department, he took it to heart to make sure I find my socket and had his peers Joshua and Evan help me look for it all around while renovations are being done, I'm disappointed in whomever didn't order the socket months before , luckily I'll be receiving my socket on the weekendTHANK YOU! ?

This Canadian Tire is like most others: understaffed, a little scruffy with some odd inventory choices, and I love it. I always leave with more than I expected to get and that kind of speaks to the swiss-army-knife character of its stock: the quality might be uneven but you'll probably find what you need.Just don't expect much help from the staff, if you can even find them. They're pleasant and polite but often undertrained and overworked.
