Recently engaged my nominated Group Savings Plan Dealer Representative for a mortgage/deed change who delivered a 5 star service from beginning to end and, in collaboration with the supporting teams & Notary (which can take some time), the whole process was completed in 8 working days. Kudos to all concerned.
