Initially, we made an appointment for the rear brakes of our 2013 Honda Civic which had started to make a worrying noise. We arrived on Friday (appointment day) on time to be told that he had scheduled it on Tuesday at the same time and that they were wondering why we didn't show up on Tuesday. When you offer my partner Friday 8 a.m. or Friday 1 p.m., she calls me to confirm the time I want and calls the garage to confirm Friday 1 p.m....It's starting to be a lot of confirmations to have put into the system on Tuesday. In short, no more room for me on Friday, I have to leave with my brake problem. So I call the Honda dealership. At Honda, they found that my brakes purchased in 2018 (at Honda) had a lifetime warranty BUT that they could not apply the warranty because the brake pistons had not been greased annually. YET, I had them done every year at Pneu R Guay. In short, $650 later, I return to Pneu R Guay invoice in support of the month of January for a cleaning/lubrication and all the patent for my brakes. He tells me that the technician no longer works in their garage... That doesn't seem to be my problem, but oh well. So he offered me a tire installation worth $30. Truly more than ordinary.
