very bad after-sales service in addition they promise to give you what was supposed to go with your pic up it's pure liars your mechanics are really imbeciles not capable of repairing the problem as they should letter it's stupid about the warranty because I am still guaranteed pic up or vs see the good service I know several who buy user vehicles there and they got stuffed silk that he paints the wings or they say that he gives the stock that had with the vehicle or maintain it never never done and don't give what was planned with the vehicle c a gang of liars and thieves you go with the vehicle with problem lights that come on and then don't go buy it you look at them opinion of other buyers not happy and he answers them [we take note] did they change anything in 2024 no always the same incompetent mechanics and young people who don't know how to work in which company we are rendered incapable here you are a liar and fraudster

2 times we reserve a used vehicle and they sell it to someone else and they don't notify us lost 1 day of work because of their pitiful service

Contract signed and not respected for repairs, I've been waiting for several months and in addition he tells me who gives me really good winter tires who says, they are just passable for a winter I really got cheated. I left a message to the major representative of the company after not having made me heard several times by the used vehicle representative and the employee no return call!! And by the way, if you bought it, don't forget that there is no courtesy vehicle!!!! Lawyer next Tuesday....... there's not just anything negative, the financing staff are really nice, the person who explains the vehicle is really nice but that's what it is, nothing that signs and says is true for the used vehicle seller. And the representative. I would really like everything to be resolved.... I'll get back to you on the rest..... to be continued

“Certified” used vehicle section: I go to see the vehicle, several things are not to my taste but I am told “several times” that it will be repaired as new when I go to pick it up (I tell myself that I'm going to trust them, but I shouldn't have) ... a week later, I go back, almost no change, except a few places painted with cans, 4 tires not changed, cracked on the sides ( I was told that they were going to be changed), (more than 6 years old) according to the GMC site, "certified" vehicles cannot have tires older than 6 years. I have a lot to say, but I'll stop here. So I canceled my purchase, drove 3 hours twice to see the vehicle, VERY disappointed, I DO NOT recommend this garage.

We waited 4 hours for the vehicle to be delivered because the garage made a mistake when changing the tire...they did not tighten the tires, we almost lost a wheel when leaving the dealership!!! The tire changing work hadn't even started and we had signed all the papers!!! Fairly poor service apart from the sales director who guided us very well in the process…

During my trip to Delta hotel for a snowmobile trip, my 3.0 diesel GMC AT4 threw a DEF code, soon to go into limp mode. I made it to the hotel, but there was no way I could make the return trip home(400 miles). I took my truck to Arnold (Chevy/GMC dealer), Todd and his service staff got me in right away, diagnosed the issue (frozen DEF fluid) my vehicle was ready to go for my return home. I was kept informed every step of the way. Outstanding professional service. I did not purchase my vehicle fro Arnold’s, but I was treated as though I had purchased the truck from this dealer. Thank you Todd and the service staff. Five stars, highly recommend dealership!

I seemed to completely bother the seller. Pitonne, don't tell me about the vehicle, don't go around with me, give me a key on the side, I seemed not to be taken seriously. However, I have an almost new car in trade and which is worth something, I was very serious. Go somewhere else if you want personal service and time, I will go to another GM dealership. I'm buying a car, it's normal for me to find out about the product and the price...
