A major electronic problem was detected at the beginning of June 2024 with our 2021 Redwood fifth wheel…….departure for vacation June 25 and campsites reserved in several locations…….after a call to Supérieur VR they suggested that I drive the RV to Joliette and that they would try to find the problem…….
With the competence of the team of professional technicians the problem was resolved and our departure was on June 25!!
Thank you to the whole team for the service……it was extremely appreciated!! Strongly recommended.

We received our delivery for our new 2024 Redwood on May 1st. We would like to thank the entire Superior VR team, our seller and its owner who is very accessible. Incredible service from the whole team.
I have had 2 situations since and with each call everything was taken seriously and followed up with super competent technicians and the problem resolved another wow.
We have done many dealerships in our life and in different places in the province of Quebec and we are very happy to give you a 5 star.

Very disappointed with the service and management of the work carried out, hours billed for repairs not done, I was given my RV in worse condition, unprofessional and arrogant owner, I strongly advise against this company

False promise, delivery of the rv dismal and very dirty. No after-sales service, once the RV is paid for, no one wants to talk to you. Long wait for delivery outside and it still had problems, had to come back another day. I strongly advise against it.

Very good sales advisor. It's after that it gets messy. Pay attention to the guarantee offers offered. It's always beautiful, until a problem arises. Despite the guarantee, there is always an amount to pay, additional costs, ... Good and kind for the sale, afterwards, there are always unpleasant surprises.
