Sincerely I do not recommend this service center at all, very long waiting time, false promises and above all arrogant service.I recommend any other nearby branch where the service is better.AVOID AT ALL CONSIDERATIONSI regularly shop in their branches for products or enhancements but only disappointment. Don't trust what they say.

Very long service.. I waited more than an hour for only 2 customers inside who were changing phones. (It's not supposed to be that long) I had advised the staff that I wanted an upgrade. apparatus.When I was asked why I was there.Bref when it was my turn it took 3 minutes.-"Ha have more in stock will call you back." I tell her that I waited 1 hour for this. She answers me sharply.-"Yes"In short, mediocre customer service. Why make people wait unnecessarily. Find a way to notify your customers that you are out of stock for certain devices. And avoid unnecessary waste of time!

J'ai fait affaires avec Maggie et Jean de la boutique Rogers située aux galeries Joliette récemment. Ils m'ont donné un excellent service. Alors que Virgin ne voulait pas m'aider à transférer mon numéro de téléphone résidentiel sur mon cellulaire, Maggie et Jean ont fait des pieds et des mains pour y parvenir. Un gros, gros merci à l'équipe Rogers ! Sincèrement.

Never answer the phone at all... it rings and rings, he never answers... you arrive and he has no one.. the tell rings and rings and he doesn't answer anymore!
