Worst pharmacy in Joliette, to be avoided.
I refilled my prescription for my meter strips on a Thursday.
I picked it up the next day to be told that they had run out of them and that they were bringing them from another pharmacy, and that they would call me as soon as they arrived.
I call the next day at 2 p.m. to be told that everything is fine and that I can come by. Luckily I called back.
No call upon departure to tell me that they were in b/o and no call upon receipt of the products.
I changed pharmacies today.
Yes really, to be avoided.

Personally, I have never seen employees so angry with life. The ladies dressed in their striped shirts are, for my part, the worst. For a year I have unfortunately been going to this place, never had good service, except in the cosmetics section (the girls are adorable) but the others have no smile on their faces, and MY GOD it's hard to help us with find a product when you are the ones who are supposed to know the products in your store. Ridiculous customer service.

Go to by cold medicine. A sale price is marked on an entire row. The sale ticket was misplaced but I didn't realize until after I left and checked my bill. Refused to honour their error. Tried to tell us anyone could've done Making us feel accused as the store had opened when we walked in. Terrible service.
