We have been to this pet store twice, hoping that it will change this time. First time, we asked for a baby male rat to accompany our already present rat and she gave us a beautiful female. Imagine I had lots of babies after that.. Then, 2 years later we went there for fish. I asked the lady several times that we wanted the 8.99 ones. Perfect, we take 2. When we get to the cash register, she gives me a large amount but without telling me the price because I said before I'm going to pay by debit. When I got home I noticed in my account that my fish did not cost $20 but $55!!! I call to complain and she tells me to come back and we'll do a "swtich". But too late I'm already at home and I don't live near this store.Very disappointed once again! I don't recommend. In addition, the animals are pitiful and crowded together. Very sad

Despite several warnings, they do not change their ways. Reptiles are generally animals that need to be alone in their terrarium. They have several of them in the same terrarium and when I asked them the question (knowing the answer) if it was correct, the woman with black hair told me that yes, it was correct and that it was even GOOD.Hamsters need to be alone too and they are not. One of the ladies (who SUPPOSELY does the breeding) told me that the rats were carnivorous. Bad information. Especially since, even if it were true, they don't have any rat food that contains meat.They have dogs for adoption and they are in a small enclosure and sometimes they can't get up because they have grown up. Very sad to see.Aside from bad care and bad advice, the ladies are pretty dumb. They follow you everywhere and stare at you throughout your visit. No smile, speaks unprofessionally. Customer service is not their strength.In conclusion, I do not recommend this pet store to anyone. I can't believe people are encouraging this trade. I hope one day they will realize that just wanting to profit from animals is wrong and that they will be careful what they say.
